Is Indianapolis mayor Greg Ballard as much of a RINO as critics suggest?

I've gathered from a couple sources that he is: http://www.ogdenonpolitics.com/2010/07/indianapolis-mayor-greg-ballards.html   I don't know much about Indianpolis politics, but....my goodness....a Pacer bailout??!??

Thanks a lot man! I read the article you posted, plus the wikipedia article for him. I think he's a standard politician who won because the people were sick of all of the things that are going on. He then behaved like a normal politician and spit on the pleebs. I'd agree that he should be a RINO for supporting the bailout, but what I'm finding out is that MOST Republicans are slimy folks. But that's just me. I'll discuss putting a post up for Ballard. Thanks man.
