Steve LaTourette is a RINO, hands down.  He voted (outspokenly) against the surge, for SCHIP, for card check, for the auto bailout, for cash-for-clunkers, etc. etc.  As a matter of fact, The Hill recently did a ruling-class survey to find out about lawmakers' perceptions of each other, and LaTourette is one of the Republicans that the Dems "most enjoy working with."  Yep.  RINO.
