GOPUSA.com broke the news this past weekend of a private meeting between long time RINO Sen. Lindsey Graham and VP Joe “Plugs” Biden.  What are your thoughts and theories?  Party switch?  Deal for Kagan nod?  Or just a beer summit to kick back a few?
