Rush vs. the RINOs
Several out-of-power Republicans have taken our political fight not to the controversial Obama administration, but to the most popular talk show radio host in the country, Rush Limbaugh. By attacking Rush both personally and professionally, they garner media adulation and further divide our party.
The unpopular Republican Governator, Arnold Schwarzenegger, took shots at Rush’s weight in an attempt at a crude joke, nothing new for Ar-nuld. Over the last month, former Gen. Colin Powell has taken time to bash Rush time and again, their feud goes back to the election, and even further back mentioned by Rush himself. Both Arnold and Powell have walked away from the identity of the Republican party, and have whored themselves out to the dying media for short-term thrills. In response, Arnold, we do not need a big tent, because the power of our ideas, when combined with the dignity of a courageous voice, moves the American people to feats of history. To Powell, we all thought you had already left the party, we didn’t know you were still a Republican. To the RINOs, go your own way, we stand with Rush.
